Account Information: When you create an account, we generate an anonymous user code. We do not require your name, email address, or any personal information to use the app.

Notion Data: When you connect your Notion account, we store an OAuth access token to interact with your Notion workspace on your behalf. We only access the pages and databases you explicitly share with our integration.

Usage Data: We store your crop data (crop type, growth stage, watering schedule) in our database to power the farm visualization and spaced repetition system.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the AINote Farm service
• To sync your notes between Notion and your farm
• To calculate spaced repetition intervals for your crops
• To improve and optimize the application

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL hosting with row-level security. Notion OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Notion API — Note storage and synchronization
• Vercel — Website hosting

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Disconnect your Notion integration at any time
• Export your data

We use essential cookies only for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
