1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AINote Farm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AINote Farm is a gamified spaced repetition application that allows users to create, manage, and review notes through a 3D farming interface. The Service integrates with Notion for note storage and provides AI-powered tools for content creation.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created with anonymous user codes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user code. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Notion Integration

When you connect your Notion account, you authorize AINote Farm to access and modify the Notion pages and databases you explicitly share. You can revoke this access at any time through your Notion settings. We only access data necessary for the functioning of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and interface, is owned by AINote Farm. Your notes and content remain your property. We claim no ownership over content you create using the Service.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AINote Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
